21 projects from all over the world have been nominated for the very first Classical:NEXT Innovation Award and International Minifiddlers is one of the nominees this year. Nominations were made by an international nominating committee consisting of 14 international bloggers and journalists. The goal of this honorary prize is to raise awareness about innovative activities going on all over the world. Award will be given for the first time on 23rd May 2015 at the closing event of Classical:NEXT in Rotterdam.
Online voting open until 10th April
The award winner will be determined this April via an online vote open to the Classical:NEXT community, i.e. all delegates who have attended any of the first three editions from 2012 to 2014 and are linked via the online networking platform C:N NET. Every logged in member of C:N NET can give up to 3 votes until 10th April.

Classical:NEXT is a global meeting fo art music innovators. Its aim is to bring the diverse scenes of classical music together and offer them a forum to exchange new ideas around classical music. Since 2011 around 2000 classical music professionals from more than 40 countries have engaged with Classical:NEXT and made it into the world’s most important classical music meeting.
